This is an appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas No. 4 of Philadelphia County dismissing appellant's petition for writ of habeas corpus. The appellant was arrested on January 29, 1953 and was convicted on four bills of indictment charging robbery and carrying a concealed deadly weapon. He was sentenced to a term of no less than 7 years and no more than 20...
