This is an action by plaintiff-respondent, Bordman Investment Company, to replevin a 1955 Chevrolet automobile worth $2,102.50. Defendant-appellant, Peoples Bank of Kansas City, filed its answer and counter-claim seeking recovery from plaintiff of the value of the automobile.
