Defendant herein was charged with the crime of violating Penal Code, section 288, in that he molested, sexually, a 7-year-old girl whom we will hereinafter call "K."

The evidence produced by the prosecution was substantially that K and a 10-year-old companion, whom we will hereinafter call "B," had secured some chrysanthemum plants from the home of one of them and were going about the residential neighborhood attempting to sell them when they came...
