JANVIER, Judge.

In the late afternoon of December 11, 1956, Gregory Vincent, the 18 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Bowdie Vincent, was killed in an automboile accident which occurred near Lockport, in the Parish of Lafourche. His parents brought this suit against his employer, Service Contracting, Inc., and its insurer, The Travelers Insurance Company, praying for judgment under the Louisiana Workmen's Compensation Law, LSA-R.S. 23:1021 et seq.
