The plaintiff recovered a verdict and judgment against the defendant for damages for injuries received by him in a collision of motor vehicles operated by the parties respectively. Within the time allowed by statute defendant moved the court for judgment notwithstanding the verdict. This motion was denied. Thereafter defendant made a motion for a new trial.
