JUSTICE SCHWARTZ delivered the opinion of the court.

This is an action brought under the provisions of the Federal Safety Appliance Act and the Federal Employers' Liability Act. A verdict of $37,000 was rendered by the jury, and the court after overruling post-trial motions entered judgment. Plaintiff appeals and assigns errors on two grounds: first, the gross inadequacy of the verdict; and, second, error in two instructions on damages. The judgment must be reversed...
