The petition did not set forth a cause of action for breach of contract for the reasons: (1) that the plaintiffs, the insureds under the policy did not allege that the defendants were the agents of the plaintiffs, but on the contrary alleged that they were agents of the insurance company represented by the defendants; and (2) that, even if it had been alleged that the defendants were the plaintiffs...
