This bill in equity was brough to set aside a certain conveyance of real estate made by Andrew MCDonough, now deceased, to himself and his son Andrew F. McDonough as joint tenants and not as tenants in common. After a hearing in the superior court on bill, answer and proof, the trial justice entered a decree denying and dismissing the bill.
