This is an action by plaintiff, the widow of Carl H. Vail, individually and as natural tutrix of the minor, Zachary H. Vail, for damages resulting from fatal injuries received by her husband when struck by an automobile belonging to the community of defendants, husband and wife, and driven by the defendant wife. From a judgment rejecting her demands plaintiff has appealed.
