These five petitioners are owners of new residences in a recent development located in Claremont known as "Ridgewood." The plaintiffs' houses and lots abut Hodgkins Terrace and Perrotto Avenue, being two streets of the development known as "Ridgewood Section `A'." Roger J. and George P.
