On August 22, 1956, the State's Attorney of Lake County filed an information in the county court of that county, charging that on July 27, 1956, the defendant, Paul Ferris, operated a "trailer coach park in an area zoned R-4 rather than in an area zoned B-3, in the Southeast quarter of Section 13, Township 46 North, Range 9, East of the 3rd P.M.," contrary to the Lake County zoning ordinance and contrary to the statute...
