This is an appeal by the Township of Scott, Allegheny County, from an order of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission allocating to the township a portion of the cost of maintenance of a bridge at a highway-railroad crossing. The appeal questions the jurisdiction of the commission; in the alternative the sufficiency of the evidence to support the order is challenged...
