In the above styled actions, which have been consolidated for trial, plaintiffs seek recovery from the defendant, Buckeye Union Casualty Company (hereinafter called Buckeye) of the amounts of judgments obtained by them against Don Ellsworth Smith. Buckeye contends that the judgments against Smith are invalid because this Court had no jurisdiction of the person of Smith.
