This is an action by plaintiff as tutrix of the minor, Bobby Lee Phillips, for the recovery of compensation as for total permanent disability, naming as defendants G. C. McLain, the immediate employer of the minor, Gross & Janes Company and its insurer, Consolidated Underwriters.
