In this suit instituted by Clinchfield Coal Corporation against James Ventro, Lee Dotson, Carlyle Browning, Verlin Browning, and Gerald Browning, defendants, it asserted ownership to all coal, other minerals, oil and mining rights in a tract of land on Bold Camp Creek in Wise county, Virginia, containing 175 acres.
