This is an election contest arising out of the general City election held in Kingston on June 29, 1957, for the purpose of electing a Mayor and six Aldermen for said City.

The suit is not brought to seat, or unseat any particular candidate, and it is not a contest wherein an individual is seeking to have himself declared elected. It appears that one of the petitioner's was elected as an Alderman in this election, rather, the petitioners claim...
