This is a suit to collect $10,000 which represents the proceeds of bonds allegedly owned by the plaintiff and cashed by his father, George W. Holbert, and used to pay taxes of the father to the Government. The suit was originally for a sum in excess of $10,000 but plaintiff has waived his claim for any sum in excess of $10,000. Jurisdiction is based on Title 28 U.S.C.A. § 1346(a) (2), commonly referred to as the "Tucker Act....
