Appellant was indicted, tried and convicted for housebreaking and larceny. He claims an unreasonable search and seizure.

At about three-thirty o'clock one morning two police officers in a scout car saw appellant and another man in an automobile pull away from the curb in front of a food store and drive some two blocks without lights.
