On July 29, 1958, the petitioner, by its attorney, State Senator Guy H. Jones, filed suit in the Faulkner chancery court to enjoin the members of a labor union from picketing a construction job at Conway. On the same day a temporary injunction against the picketing was issued by the county judge, both the circuit judge and the chancellor being absent from the county. After the issues were joined the chancellor set the case for a final hearing...
