Appeal by defendant, Strevell-Paterson Finance Company, from a summary judgment holding that plaintiff, Martin Machinery, Inc., is the owner of certain machinery and equipment formerly owned and used by defendant, Sleeter, in his cleaning business in Salt Lake City.
