Said company owns the lessee's rights in and to an oil, gas and mineral lease which bears against Lot 124 of the Ranson Tract of the Coteau de France, situated in Section 39, Township 14 South, Range 20 East, Parish of St. Charles, which is a part of the property comprising Drilling Unit No. 260 of the Paradis Oil Field...
