In the year 1907 one T.H. Carlon entered into a contract of sale with one E.A. Wiltsee whereby Carlon agreed to sell Wiltsee 320 acres of land known as Stone Meadows and 480 acres of land known as Ackerson Meadows. In 1908 Carlon conveyed the land to Wiltsee.
