Appellant was charged with the murder of her husband. The jury found her guilty of voluntary manslaughter. On the night of the killing appellant and her husband were visiting friends. The husband was drinking heavily and refused to go home. Appellant twice attempted to telephone for a taxi and her husband cursed and quarreled with her.
