This is an action of libel. The complaint was docketed by the Clerk on December 31, 1957, having been received by mail from Angus M. MacNeil, who described himself as an Attorney at Law of Somerville, Massachusetts. On the day the complaint was filed the Clerk of the Court notified Mr. MacNeil that a Rule of Court required that local counsel be obtained insofar as the corporate plaintiff was concerned, stating that the individual plaintiff...
