The appeal is from a judgment for the United States in a proceeding to recover possession of a strip of land of approximately 3.5 acres claimed by appellants to lie on the west side of the NE¼ of the SW¼, of Section 14, Town. 20 North. Range 14 West in Lake County, Michigan.
