The appellant, plaintiff below, filed her complaint and sought damages against the defendant for injuries she received as a result of a collision involving a car which she was driving and a truck belonging to the defendant. The jury returned a verdict for plaintiff and the defendant filed a motion for new trial and a motion for judgment notwithstanding verdict. After a hearing the court below granted a new trial and denied the motion for judgment notwithstanding...
