Plaintiff's evidence tends to show that he was injured under these circumstances: On October 21, 1956, plaintiff was with Mrs. Streeter and her two daughters in the Streeter apartment, located in the apartment house at the northeast corner of Seaboard and Maxwell Streets. Mrs. Streeter, with her daughters and plaintiff, were going to ride with Elliott. Leaving her apartment, Mrs. Streeter crossed Seaboard Street with her eight year old daughter....
