This is an appeal in a proceeding brought by the four plaintiffs-appellants for a declaratory judgment construing the will of their grandfather James E. Reed, who died on December 10, 1954, and for a finding that they are pretermitted heirs of the testator and entitled to a share of 1/20 each in his estate. The defendants are James E.
