The appellant, plaintiff below, was guardian of the property of Jane T. Dunn, incompetent, in a complaint for a declaratory decree seeking a determination of the rights, liabilities, and duties of itself as guardian, and of the defendant under an agreement entered into by the defendant and Alice D. Elstun, the sister of plaintiff's ward. The chancellor having entered his final decree and the same having been adverse to the plaintiff, this appeal follows...
