The plaintiff below has appealed from a summary judgment entered in favor of the defendant. The action was based upon an employees' fidelity bond. The pleadings, depositions and affidavits reveal the ownship of the plaintiff corporation was changed by a contract of purchase entered into on December 16, 1953, and that subsequently in November of 1954, an audit of the corporation books was had.
