This is an action for cargo damage sustained at New Orleans, Louisiana, and Bremerhaven, Germany. The first cause of action is solely against the respondent, Lykes Bros. Steamship Co., Inc. Following a fire at New Orleans, the cargo was reloaded aboard the S.S. Leslie Lykes and thereafter came into collision with the M/S Sunoak owned by a citizen of Norway.
