This is a suit for property damages resulting from an accident between an automobile and a truck in the Parish of Tangipahoa, Louisiana. Petitioner is Audubon Insurance Company and Virgil D. Anderson, the collision insurer and driver, respectively, of the automobile. The defendant is American Universal Insurance Company, the liability insurer of the truck.
