This is an appeal from a judgment in an action for divorce brought by appellee against appellant.

Issues were formed on appellee's amended complaint for divorce based upon alleged cruel and inhuman treatment. To appellees' complaint the appellant filed a demurrer and cross complaint in two paragraphs, the first denying the acts of cruel and inhuman treatment.
