These tort actions tried together sought damages from the defendant for injuries and losses which the plaintiffs declared to have resulted to them from the negligence of the defendant in causing an automobile collision. Following jury verdicts in favor of the defendant the plaintiffs presented to this Court identical motions for new trials with the following protestations:
