During the latter part of 1954, E. Vernon Ashley, M.D., was employed by A. E. Carter, M.D., in the medical offices of Dr. Carter. While so employed, Ashley engaged in the treatment of a Mrs. Adelstein. A criminal prosecution grew out of said treatment, and in the month of December, 1954, Ashley pleaded guilty to a four count complaint charging him with violations of West's Ann.California Health & Safety Code §§ 11165 and 11225...
