OPINION BY HIRT, J., April 16, 1958:

The plaintiff as general contractor built a manufacturing plant for the defendant corporation in 1952. The contract price was $154,000 all of which was paid except $3,666.67, evidenced by four promissory notes signed by all of the defendants.
