SULLIVAN, Justice.

This is a suit in equity for the construction of a will and has been certified to this Court from the Probate Court upon an agreed statement of facts. R.S. (1954) c. 107, § 4, Par. X; R.S. (1954) c. 153, §§ 2 and 32.

The will of John S. Burbank as probated reads in its relevant sections as follows:

"After the payment of my just debts, furneral charges and expenses of administration...
