The instant case represents a good example of the difficulty that a "person adversely affected by a decision" of a township board of zoning appeals would usually have in exercising his statutory right to appeal from such decision pursuant to the provisions of Section 519.15, Revised Code, at least prior to September 16, 1957, when Section 2506.03, Revised Code, became effective.
