Robert Tanner brought this action against Roy Carver, Lucille Carver and their wholly owned Carver Pump Company, a Delaware Corporation engaged in the manufacture of pumps at Muscatine, Iowa, to recover $18,000.00 claimed to be due him under the terms of a five-year employment contract he had with them, of date, August 28, 1953.
