This appeal results from a partition suit filed in the Common Pleas Court of Jackson County by Daniel E. Edwards, plaintiff, appellee herein, against Elizabeth R. Edwards, defendant, appellant herein. The suit was filed in January of 1954, and in March of 1954 the defendant filed her answer admitting the ownership of the property as set forth in the petition, requesting the statutory accounting provided for in Section 5307.21 of the Revised Code, and...
