This is an appeal by the trustee in bankruptcy from an order of Judge Weinfeld, Southern District of New York, confirming an order of the Referee in Bankruptcy which dismissed a proceeding brought by the trustee to adjudge the respondent East Netherland Holding Co. a general creditor and to void a claimed lien on certain real property of the bankrupt asserted by the respondent under an unrecorded lease.
