On July 26, 1951 Martin Kraft entered into a contract for deed with Joe Kraft for the sale and purchase of a half section of land in Grant County. The consideration was $6,420 to be paid as follows: $1,926 cash, $1,926 on January 15, 1952 and a final payment of $2,568 on January 15, 1953. No interest was to be paid by the purchaser.
