On December 12, 1956, the administrator of the estate of Walter L. Lee, deceased, sold at private sale a parcel of real property belonging to the estate to Laurence DeTilla for the sum of $500. On January 23, 1957, the administrator filed a petition for confirmation of this sale and the petition came on regularly for hearing in the superior court on February 11, 1957.
