Harry Lev, Marvin Rubin, Maurice Ades, and Raymond Wool appeal from a verdict and judgment of conviction for conspiracy to defraud the Government in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371. Rubin also appeals from a conviction for bribery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 201.
