Appellants were the two defendants in the court below and they are appealing from the final decree of the chancellor.

The final decree of the chancellor reads in part as follows:

"1. That this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and of the subject matter of this cause; that Plaintiffs, Vernon T. Thomas and wife, Ruby Lee Thomas, have the riparian right of ingress and egress in and to the main body of Lake Calm for reasonable use...
