This is an appeal from a judgment of the trial court in an equity suit for an accounting sought by a landlord from his tenant under a lease and option to purchase contract. The trial court entered judgment for plaintiff requiring defendant to make the accounting and holding the option to purchase portion of the contract was unenforceable.
