This was an action for a declaratory judgment, relating to the validity of admission tax ordinances of the former village, and present city, of Mayfield Heights, Ohio, and to the applicability of such ordinances to certain aspects of the business conducted within the limits of the municipality by the plaintiff, Smack & Snack, Inc.
