PER CURIAM.

This case is before this Court on a Clerk's transcript.

Defendant was by indictment charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated contrary to Section 321.281, 1954 Iowa Code, I.C.A. He was convicted of first offense driving while intoxicated. From judgment of $400 and costs and for confinement in Boone County jail, Boone, one day for each $5 of said fine remaining unpaid, he appeals.
