This appeal comes to this court on questions of law from the Court of Common Pleas of Cuyahoga County wherein judgment was entered on a jury verdict for plaintiffs, appellees herein, in the sum of five thousand seven hundred fifty dollars against defendant, appellant herein. The parties will hereinafter be designated as plaintiffs and defendant as they appeared in the trial court.
