PER CURIAM.

This case is here on a Clerk's transcript. Defendant was indicted, tried and convicted of breaking and entering and also as a habitual criminal. He was sentenced to imprisonment in the Iowa State Penitentiary at Fort Madison for not more than 25 years as provided in Section 747.5, 1954 Iowa Code, I.C.A., and for costs from which judgment he has appealed.

Finding no error in the record the judgment is affirmed.
